WSDOT: PCC business prevention program

In announcing it is still seeking public comments, WSDOT announces in Moscow/Pullman area newspapers that it sees no use for it's rail lines in Pullman, Moscow and Colfax, but claims to be still seeking public comment on the matter, effectively discouraging a shipper that was looking to locate at Wilson Siding near Moscow, Id. There has been heavy lobbying to turn the lines into trails by the Pullman Civic Trust a powerful trail and parks advocacy group in the area.
