I thought the 1967 tunnel project on Donner was for the Number One track between Eder and Norden. Were all the tunnels done at that time. I know the Number two tunnels between Rocklin and Colfax were lowered in the early to mid sixties according to Bill Fisher. I defer to JLY for the facts on the tunnel projects in the sixties.
