Wrecked UP unit in Spokane, any info?

Exploring Spokane this past weekend and noticed a wrecked UP dash-9 in the UP yard with some pretty good cab damage, this list is pretty good about noting goings on in Spokane area, but don't recall seeing anything about it, anyone know what happened and when? Anyone hurt?
See also my thanks in the Pullman Swap Meet thread. My time away from relatives this past weekend was good. Back home and at work now, not so great now!
Also noted in BNSF yard a bright yellow GP-9 (?) lettered WRIX, any idea where it's headed, looked nice!
