The hazards have been there for seventy years, and, suddenly, you wish that they be removed????? Are you paying for the removal???? The Water District (Merced) has no extra money and is begging for help from State of Calif. Most water districts in Northern Calif. are doing the same. Wise-up folks, we're in serious trouble here! Northern California is out of water. Simple as that.
