BNSF Industrial Lead South of Stege, West of

In historicaerials.com I am seeing an industrial lead that came off the BNSF tracks just before they cross the road onto the Stege Wye overpass. It looks like this lead was torn out a couple years ago and virtually all trace of it is gone, even the road near the wye has been rerouted onto the path of the old industrial lead.

You can see a stub of this lead in this googlemaps, although this is not what is there today: [www.google.com]

Who were the customers at the end of this lead? When was it abandoned? Anyone have pics of the old days here? Was this ATSF trackage or the belt line that worked Richmond?
