So if Hydro is cut off for the Sierra's and Colorado river I guess we can just crank up the Nuke and Coal Power! Oh wait! No more San Onofre or cheap out of state coal power!
So much more expensive Gas, Wind and Sun it will be!

Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, parts of Nevada still use Coal and some Nuke
Guess Stupid-Fornia will just have to rely on oil lamps when the Sun and Wind are idle
