There is/was a plan/proposal for a "trolly" line down along all of the high-end development from Atlas to Cd'A. It came through our office about a year ago. I haven't heard anything since. You do have 2 rail corridors there--pave one for bikes and keep the rails on the other for a "shuttle".
"Wait a minute--that means that I would have to park my Lexus and take a 'streetcar'? What if somebody saw me do that"?

(Should I say something about the Lexus having its original CA dealership license plate frame? Maybe not.)
