October. Conflicts with VIP scheduling required it. The project itself, although moving slow, is actually not that far behind schedule. What delays they are having are arising from unforeseen complexities in operating the line, and from a delay in equipment delivery by CRC. First DMU will not be on the property until June, and the remaining cars not until August.

Signals are currently scheduled for cut in on June 1, with testing beginning then, regardless of if there is a DMU on property.

The maintenance facility is pretty much done, though they're still playing with some exterior track arrangements, including a fenced pen around a storage track.
