Great Western Railway

When did Great Western take over the C&S Greeley-Fort Collins line (and also start switching Anheuser and the remains of the Black Hollow branch?
Also, how much traffic does UP still have on their Fort Collins line? Seems like it would make sense for them to sell FOrt Collins to Great Western and then abandon everything down to Dent.
