The word going around Portland Oregon is that this special issue published by Jim Wrinn and crew from Kalmbach Publishing is a must have. Further, the article "A tool, not a toy" is a must read for anyone in our "hobby" who really, really wants to understand how mainline railroads and many others operate. Emotion aside, this is the real world and we either embrace it or stay home.
I really appreciated the entire magazines content and thank Jim and his crew for doing us this service. Now I'm off to buy a second copy............And oh yes, the NRHS advertisement on the inside cover is another plus.
