I disagree; all those who think they know everything about modern steam operations MUST have a copy of this, even though it will shatter a lot of their deep-seated, emotional beliefs. Or maybe BECAUSE it will shatter those beliefs. There is such a huge amount of absolute garbage that passes for knowledge and insight that sometimes the truth hurts.
What were the mistakes?
