UP Passenger Special in Pendleton, OR

Driving through Pendleton, OR Sunday morning I came across a UP passenger special parked in a siding right where the tracks go under I-84 on the west side of town. It had 8855 and 8866 for power with 11 cars. There were a few guys hanging around in hard hats and safety vests but there didn't seem to be any real sign of action soon so I had to move on. It was lined up to run west.
