Richmond Cal-P to BNSF Connector

Was driving down Giant Highway and noticed a big pile of ballast on the BNSF ROW.

Most of the track for the connector is in place.

Here you can see the connector curving to west over to the Cal-P in the distance.

I think most of this was completed months ago but I don't think the rails had gone in before late April at earliest.
