What do you do for a stupid parent that wont shut their sreaming banshe of a baby up?
Get head phones that cover your ears!
I use a set when I ride transit and also at church on Sunday, since the Chicken $#it Priest and ushers refuse to tell the parents to shut them up or use the cry rooms!

Not much you can do in this politicaly correct country!
