I need to send out a huge 'thank you' to the folks at W&I.

This afternoon, they had the old SP F-unit hooked to a CNW hopper at the Wilson siding in Moscow ID. Not only was that unlikely and incredible combo there for all to see, they were pulled off away from the rest of the consist which made for a great photo shoot.

I'm not so self-absorbed to think that it was just for me, but I can't help thinking that I may have planted the seed. I chased them out to Palouse last week and spoke briefly with the engineer (haven't caught his name) about another CNW car they had that night. Perhaps this was more than chance...?

Anyway, thanks again to you folks. The crew are always extremely friendly and your extraordinary efforts to stage the your equipment for railfans, like during the model train show, don't go unnoticed.
