I don't believe the 70 tonners will mu with EMD's...the 70 tonners have a 7-notch throttle where the EMD's have 8 notches...I may be wrong because the M&ET put AAR control stands in the 70-tonners and 26L air equipment...however, I believe Frank Sherman, the former GM, said they modified the controllers to a 7-notch configuration.

With the Beard family's money, however, anything is possible!!!
