Train hater?

The aptly named Mr. Crazy has some interesting points about how awful those local agencies are who run LOSSAN and the San Joaquins...., if you hate trains?
I say good riddance to Caltrans..... Since the locals who make up the LOSSAn JPA own much of the track, and have supplied many of the improvements in LOSSAN, and can now do more, without going through the useless drones in Division of Fail, and ain't that just awful?
The changes in the Amtrak law, cost savings and the efficiencies that are now possible from local control, as has been demonstrated on the Capital corridor, resulting in more service to more travelers and lower costs would be just awful, wouldn't it? If you hate trains.....?
Those goddamned trains are carrying tens of thousands of passengers every week, who pay those taxes, and are sick of sitting in traffic in some of the most congested freeway corridors in the US, if not the world, and ain't that just awful?
There is plenty to criticize in the rail programs, like the diversion of billions from these successful corridors to the HSR fiasco, by folks who like trains. And yes, we sure could be using those scarce tax dollars far more effectively. But, the comments bashing this change in corridor management shows mostly your ignorance, and your real feelings toward those awful trains....?
