The money for the tier 4 locomotives stays with AMTRAK California / Cal Trans locomotive investments. The additional Charger locomotives will supplement those already on order for the Capitol Corridor. The new locomotives will be use in Surfliner service, and in no way impact the NCRY.
When you see ACE order more equipment, and announce service increases, then you can cry wolf.
