Nationally, there is not sufficient funding for the needs of bus and rail transit systems.

For California bus and rail transit, see the last paragraph of the following:

California Transit Association

To see more detailed detailed information, click on the link to the report. As shown on page 16, Table 9, there is only 33% of the funding sought for bus and rail transit systems in California's largest metropolitan regions.

By the way:

1) Learn how to spell "transit."

2) Learn how to write. The correct phrase is "transit rail gets all the money it wants.
