I'm actually laughing my ass off........!

Mark Pisano, of SCAG, was one of the most charming and even charismatic, but certifiably delusional people, I've ever met.

The plan was going to be to dray the containers to the Maglev terminal, load them, take them to the rail yards in downtown LA, at 200 mph,. unload them, reload them on trains, and send them on the way......

Only a few "visionary" politicians in LA still cling to Maglev vision these days, as most of the "true" "visionary" leaders are moving on to Hyperloop........
