The first signal contract from Lombard to Windsor is about 85% complete. Trains can't run until the signal work is complete. Its estimated that this work could be done by mid-May. Repairs to the railroad embankment at the MARIN-SONOMA County line are complete and work is on going to repair the embankment and washouts in the Schellville yard including the washouts from the south end of the yard to Wingo. Bridge works is also continuing with the Schelville Slough bridge which has received new caps and stringers in addition to being razed 12". Lake Schelville has be de-watered and the levee break which caused most of the problems has been repaired. The line is intact from Novato Creek to Windsor. Work at Haystack is not finished.
