Oil cars moved off WWR Centralia/Chehalis

Noticed that the oil tanker cars on the WWR along I-5 before Blakeslee Junction and at the end of the line in Chehalis are gone. Week ago they were there, took a few days vacation and now gone.

Drove along Hwy 507 between Roy Y and McKenna and the string of Oil tanker cars are still parked on Tacoma Rail line; along with a string of well cars.

Is the oil train business picking up again?

Heard on local radio news that oil refinery owners in WA have notified the State that they want to export the Dakota Crude from WA to China, resulting in a increase of oil trains. Haven't seen any other details on that.
