Where would they be hauling freight/cars?

I've seen WWR a few times at Mellen St either North or Southbound with one car.

Do they have many customers? I heard in the past there was some talk of Port of Chehalis/Centralia possibly purchasing the rail line.

I've seen other comments that they made more $ storing cars then moving freight
