Came across this on the Internet for sale and was wondering if there would be any clues to it having any railroad background as a ticket cabinet or clerks shelf in a station... Were they all different or was there a common theme? Maybe the amount of slots or typical of Common Standards? I haven't seen it in person yet but I hope it's simply not a mail box for a hotel etc. thank in advance.
