You are, of course, asking an unanswerable question. More rain and all bets are off on the stability of that hillside. Even if the Starlight runs, on-time performance is highly questionable. I heard from a BNSF maintainer on the Oregon Trunk that it would be September before everything is expected to be back to normal. Go for it. Good luck.
