King County to leave Eastside rails in place

King County (Seattle area) Exec Ron Sims is now saying the rails on the Woodinville - Renton BNSF segment will remain in place after the Port / County purchase - swap. Earlier he was planning to remove the rails. Trail plans are still part of the plan.
