How is a Eureka to Nevada Interstate going to improve traffic flow in the bay area? The loading
of containers on rail is for interstate transport, which has little to do with intrastate traffic.
You're NOT going to local deliver Bay area/ Sacto containers from Eureka so what are you gaining?
