Railroad mentioned in Shasta County

New railroad to Eureka from the valley is in planning documents for Shasta County. Route sited is same as in blog. Includes Cal-Trans support of passenger service with exiting bus run as starter. Speculation of permits taken out for work where UP and PCR will cross. Intermodal site has been cleared as well near I-5.
