I can only assume your comments are tongue-in-cheek. But let me try to understand. You want taxpayers to give you cash to take public transportation that is subsidized by taxpayers while you are paying less highway and fuel taxes?
Oh and by the way, I too have a '72 Chevy that gets about 10 miles to the gallon. But I much prefer my newer SUV that gets in the low 20's. I look forward to the next generation of vehicles that will get even better mileage.
