If the train was immured in a tunnel that wasn't filled with water that would be ideal. One thing I don't understand is why would they leave the gold there? Why would they go to the trouble of immuring the train someplace where'd they never be able to get to it?

To me it sounds fishy. I think this likely just an old burned out train that is in a forgotten tunnel that was filled in sometime right after the war ended. Possibly could be a mass grave, sadly, and that is why it was filled up.

the idea of riches being in there is not believable.

For me I'd just like to see the train. That sounds fascinating.
