Yes, and their are a lot more similar stories out
there, some with happy endings and some much less so.
Any time this subject comes up, a few people have to
become ballisticly defensive about NCRR.
All I'm saying is that considering everything, they
should have (and should have long had) a Plan B in
mind. In fact, maybe they do.
The same goes to others who haven't thought about what
to do if they had to relocate.
IRM and Portland planned for years, if not decades, for
what they knew could eventually happen to them.
