Does this mean that dispatchers can issue track warrants that allow for 2 trains traveling in the same directon to occupy the same limits? Currently, they have the train in front "roll back" their limits every 10 miles or so with a new warrant issued to the following train to move without restriction. This can make for some really busy radio chatter and jawbone dispatching--just to keep trains about 10 miles apart. I'm sure that they would do it more often to keep the trains closer, but can you imagine the chatter level then? Under the new system, I guess the second train could run with just checking the "Do not foul limits ahead of..." box.(?)
