The super store mall next to the Napa Junction Wye, has been negotiating for several years with UPRR, to build more shopping center.

I drove by a couple of days ago and there is heavy equipment leveling the land near the wye.

So it is getting more crowded around the CFNR engine facility. San Jose--North---

Traffic is really bad.
