DMU's are evil, should be LRT.... LRT's are evil, should be ..... BARTD is evil, should be.... NWP freight is evil, should be..... Earthquakes will destroy the evil HSR and "dis" poor old Mojave, and should be...... is I believe your usual editorial stance, right?
Since everything everyone does everywhere regarding RR's is always wrong, and based on your criticisms of everything RR everywhere, and the quality of some of your technical arguments, you clearly must have received advanced degree's in geology, engineering, planning, economics, and have many years of experience planning, designing, financing, building, and operating railroads, right?
So how come no one has hired you to fix all of these awful RR mistakes?
There are lots of folks on this site who are rails, were rails, or are railroad fans with good comments or questions, and well reasoned critiques on here. Some ask good questions, some respond with good answers or observations based on that experience, providing plenty of good discussions and stories about how RR work, or sometimes don't....... These are folks who mostly seem to like trains, though.
Most folks know my opinions of the CHSRA isn't all that favorable. There is plenty wrong with CHSRA, even possibly a few (hundred) better, faster, cheaper, and more effective ways to do it. And then, there's your usual line of nonsense about those evil trains....doing everything everywhere all wrong all of the time because of the vast evil conspiracy by that evil Thomas and his evil cohorts........
