American Airlines pilot dies in-flight: http://www.usatoday.com/story/todayinthesky/2015/10/05/reports-american-airlines-flight-diverts-after-captain-becomes-ill-dies/73386898/

The pilot may very well have had a health condition unrelated to his profession, but one has to wonder how much sleep deprivation could have contributed to this condition. Also, if a train engineer dies on the job, it probably won't make the headlines.
