RailAmerica also abandoning Tulare line

As yesterday's news reveals RailAmerica is in the scrap iron business tearing up one of the lines they actually own.Public ownership of the roads is a must in some cases like freeways.Nor is it uncommon for local governments to own trunk lines especially in the South.
