a) Mike, it's Mitsy, not Misty.

b) I see by your response that you also believe the "whole of the project" is to restart freight to Eureka. While you may not like Judge Ritchie's ruling, it appears you agree with it on legal grounds. (As you know Chris Neary is only arguing that Novato @#$%& too late, not that if they had @#$%& sooner, the NCRA wouldn't have had to do an EIR. Chris has lost the question on the project definition. It could change in appeal, but it's unlikely on these grounds.)

c) Your right about the public not understanding all of this inside baseball stuff. However, they will soon understand that the freight plan has impact on residences near the track in Sonoma County (Novato residents already know this). This has implications for the NCRA in Sacramento.

d) The question for you is what do you see will happen after SMART loses the ballot measure in November and blames the NCRA for the loss?
