Interesting San Joaquin consist

Amtrak #718 left Oakland today with a Comet/Horizon car consist, which will supposedly be in effect until after Thanksgiving. Due to no cabbage car available, the train has a P42 on each end and new CAF long-haul baggage car. Should return from BFD as #711 tomorrow. The second unit and bag car may be this trip only, if they can get one of the spare cabbage cars to work.
