LARGE FACTORY IS STARTED AT LAWNDALE
The Guy M. Rush company reports that the
Lawndale factory, on the corner of Rosecrans
and Railroad avenue, was recently purchased
by the Economical Incubator Manufacturing
company. This company, of which Mr. Leonard
is the president, formerly operated in
Seattle, Wash., where it was the successful
manufacturer of incubators and all kinds of
poultry supplies. This factory, located in
one of the most ideal poultry sections in
Southern California, will fill a long felt
want. The factory is equipped with
electrically driven machinery and the
Pacific Electric Railroad company has run
a spur onto the ground to facilitate
shiping.
This is only a start in the industrial
line, as negotiations are noe pending for
the purchase of the four adjoining acres
for an extention of the industrail section.
