A side trip to Seattle is welcome too. We seldom get big steam up here.

I remember when 844 and 4449 came through around 2007 (2008?). After 844 passed through Carkeek Park along the Sound, everyone watching applauded spontaneously. I've never seen that happen trackside before. It really was a great sight.
