Rebuilt "Cabbage" NPCU

Saw Amtrak "Cascades" #501, the morning Seattle-Portland train, heading into Union Station this morning and noticed that Amtrak had re-converted the NPCU on it.

#90250 had originally been converted for "Cascades" service without the rollup baggage doors on the side and had been painted in the distinctive "Cascades" paint scheme.

It's now wearing the Phase V colors and has the full baggage doors, so I wondering if Amtrak plans to convert the other "Cascades" NPCUs to this appearance so that they can used systemwide instead of in captive service.
