Railfan or not, you'd have to be an absolute moron to hire out with a class 1 nowadays. Don't worry, soon enough scumbag corporate America will succeed in alienating potential employees and the rest will be "unqualified." Just like the free loading, has-been, loser trucking industry in this country. They are short FIFTY THOUSAND drivers but complain how they can't hire anybody due to lack of qualification.
Hey corporate America, let me tell you the same thing I would tell an entitled spoiled woman in this country who complains that there are no good men left: If no one will date you, YOU'RE THE PROBLEM. It isn't a matter of people being unqualified or unworthy. You just need to drop some of your "needs" or "standards."
