Corvallis (Oregon) Yard

I have noticed activity has picked up in the last year in the Corvallis yard. Often there is an engine left in the yard over night. Also this past spring & summer saw local freight staged; From what I can see it appears freight activity was based on the local mills up in Philomath.(I'm a newer resident). I know they interchange with the Venell Farms RR occasionally. Any other info would be appreciated.
