RailAmerica has no money

It can't fix the tunnels in Oregon. Tearing up Tulare. Can't fix the Tehama bridge. No service to Weed.Now no service to Vallejo/M.I. which means it has no customers left on that branch. And are they also the proposed operators for the North Coast Railroad in Marin and Sonoma County ? Now owned by a hedge fund which will strip all the lines of assests to make a quick profit before declaring it bankrupt. Maybe Caltrans needs to step in as an emergency owner.
