Pretty hard to argue against the logic in the NOVATO ADVANCE editorial especially when you consider the source. I still do not understand Novatos' Suit nor the political opposition or the attempts to derail NCRA. I consider the Marin County Farm Bureau to be pretty neutral here with nothing to gain except cheaper transportation and lower costs. So whats wrong with that? Someone must have an unfounded fear the property values with will nose dive when trains start running again. Property values right next to the Caltrains tracks through Menlo Park, Atherton and Palo Alto continue to rise as Caltrains adds MORE service. I wonder why!
