Overall, it seemed a bit, well, personalized. Not in a bad way, just not standard beige real estate paint. Well-staged for the photos. Given the character of the SF market, where the asking price is almost always bid up, it's likely to push if not pass a million by the time it sells especially since it seems to come with a garage (parking in SF being almost unobtainium these days). Agree, the bike in the garage was a nice touch. Now if we still had the H line you could take the trolley downtown...
