As I said in an earlier post on this subject, get plenty of body bags ready. The public in general and these cracked-out meth heads in particular will find their way back to the tracks and end up as a coupler ornament. Happens all the time on my road. As for the "police tolerance" of these types, unless and until every agency in the area grows a pair and aggressively enforces the law, each patrol car better carry a stock of the aforementioned bags. Oh, and a gallon jug of Windex and paper towels, too. Happy railroadin'!
