I was told they will bring in other cars if and when they start a dinner train and it would run from the west side of Santa Cruz to Davenport. A significant investment would be required for track work to put the Davenport Branch in revenue service.

I do find it interesting that a motorcar operator could run his motorcar on the Davenport Branch’s excepted track and charge passengers a fare.
