The nay-sayers o TO are people who are apparently being
told what is actually going on in Cheyenne by some of the
people who have worked under the present manager or are
currently working for him.

This new announcement is just one more in a long string of
such announcements by the current manager -- that the 844
would be running by such-and-such a time -- none of which
ever have happened. He's just kicking the can down the road --
again.
