Tanker overturns on the I-10 in Fontana, What about the UP?

Yesterday right before rush hour a loaded tanker overturns and both sides of the I-10 are closed most of the night
What about the near by UP main line?
Where do they find these drivers?
My late uncle drove for Shell for 40 years and never once got into a wreck or "Overturned" his truck or load of fuel
